Recipe Story

I love casseroles because they are so convenient and versatile. You can make them ahead of time, freeze them, reheat them, and enjoy them for days. They are also a great way to use up leftover ingredients or whatever you have on hand.

One of my favorite casseroles is this cheesy ground beef casserole.

I came up with this recipe when I had some ground beef, broccoli, and keto cajun alfredo sauce in my fridge. I decided to combine them and bake them with some cheese on top.

The result was amazing. It was so creamy, cheesy, and flavorful. My whole family loved it and asked for seconds.
