  • full-fat Greek yogurt (or vanilla Greek yogurt for added flavor)
  • creamy peanut butter (or almond butter/cashew butter)
  • keto-friendly sweetener (like Swervemonk fruit, or allulose)
  • keto chocolate brownie, crumbled (try my Keto Brownie Mug Cake!)

Instructions

  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a small bowl, microwave the peanut butter for 15 seconds until runny. Mix in the sweetener until smooth.
  • In a medium bowl, combine the Greek yogurt and half the peanut butter mixture.
  • Spread evenly on the baking sheet.
  • Drizzle the rest of the peanut butter mixture and create a swirl.
  • Sprinkle crumbled brownie pieces (use my Keto Double Chocolate Mug Cake!) over the top.
  • Freeze for 2 hours or until firm.
  • Break into pieces and store in an airtight container in the freezer.

  • Drizzle the rest of the peanut butter and sweetener mixture over the yogurt, and swirl it with a knife or a toothpick to create a marble effect.
  • Cut the keto brownie into small pieces, or crumble it with your fingers. Sprinkle the brownie pieces over the yogurt and peanut butter layer, and gently press them into the mixture.
  • Freeze the bark for at least 2 hours, or until firm.
  • Break the bark into pieces and enjoy. You can store the leftovers in an airtight container in the freezer for up to a month.
