I’m so excited to share with you one of my favorite keto desserts: keto frozen yogurt peanut butter and brownie bark. This dessert is not only delicious, but also healthy, easy, and quick to make. It has everything you need to satisfy your sweet tooth without ruining your keto diet.
Get Recipe Ingredients
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
In a small bowl, microwave the peanut butter for about 15 seconds, or until slightly melted and runny. Add the sweetener and whisk until well combined.
In another small bowl, add the yogurt and half of the peanut butter and sweetener mixture. Whisk until well combined.
Spread the yogurt and peanut butter mixture evenly over the prepared baking sheet, leaving some space around the edges.
Drizzle the rest of the peanut butter and sweetener mixture over the yogurt, and swirl it with a knife or a toothpick to create a marble effect.
Cut the keto brownie into small pieces, or crumble it with your fingers. Sprinkle the brownie pieces over the yogurt and peanut butter layer, and gently press them into the mixture.
Freeze the bark for at least 2 hours, or until firm.
Break the bark into pieces and enjoy. You can store the leftovers in an airtight container in the freezer for up to a month.
