  1. Hi there. I find the psyllium husk I’ve used in the past makes my baked products turn purple. Is the NOW brand better?

      Yes, the purple color issue is super common with certain brands of psyllium husk. Some lower-quality ones tend to react during baking and turn baked goods purple or greyish.

      I’ve had the best results with the NOW brand, it’s a higher quality and doesn’t cause that weird discoloration. Definitely a better option if you’ve had trouble in the past!
