    Wonderful recipe! Wanted to try a different way to cook my chicken livers now, that I am on a Keto diet. LOVED it. I wasn’t sure about the spices but broke out of my comfort zone and it was yummy!

    One question/point: The instructions mention adding garlic powder but the list of ingredients does not list it. What was the intended amount?

      And thank you for catching that! You’re absolutely right, the garlic powder was mentioned in the instructions but missing from the ingredient list. That was totally my oversight. I’ve now updated the recipe to include it properly – it’s 1 teaspoon garlic powder. I really appreciate you pointing it out so kindly.
