  1. I have made this recipe as described above. When doing the math for a full pint which I assume is the 1 container serving you mention the calorie count comes to 700 and carbs 8g, not even close to the numbers your showing. How do you get the numbers so low

    1. Hi James,

Yes, those numbers are very close to mine for the full container. I use an automated nutrition calculator built into my recipe software, which uses average values for ingredients from a standard database. So small differences can happen depending on the exact brands or products you use.

Here’s how the nutrition breaks down based on 4 servings:
Calories: Container: 668 kcal / Per serving: 166.9 kcal
Total Carbs: Container: 12g / Per serving: 3g
      Fiber: Container: 4.4g / Per serving: 1.1g
Net Carbs: Container: 7.6g / Per serving: 1.9g

So yes – about 700 calories and just under 8g net carbs for the whole pint. Hope this helps clear it up! 😊

  2. So the nutrition panel is very deceiving. It lists the serving as one serving with the low numbers. I suggest you change it to 4 servings which would make more sense. The reason I made this recipe was because I thought the numbers were incredibly low for such a large serving but in reality that’s not true. On the plus side it does taste great

    1. Hi James,

Thank you so much for your thoughtful feedback!
I’ve gone ahead and made a few tweaks to the recipe card template. I think it looks much clearer now and should be easier to understand the nutritional values.

I truly appreciate you taking the time to share your thoughts—it helps me make things better for everyone! 😊
