  2. I made this recipe and it was delicious. After a couple of hours it didn’t seem to be set enough. After a full 24-hours it was perfect. I was worried it wouldn’t be sweet enough or chocolatey enough, but it was. I added a pinch of salt. It was delicious!

      Yes, you’re absolutely right! While it can be eaten right away, that full chill time really lets the gelatin do its magic and gives it that perfect mousse texture.
