    This raspberry chia jam is one of my personal favorites – bright, tangy, and naturally sweet without any pectin or added sugar. It thickens beautifully with chia seeds and is perfect on everything from almond flour pancakes to cottage cheese parfaits. I always keep a jar in the fridge (or freezer!).
