Instructions

Crack the egg into the mug, ensuring there are no shell fragments. With the egg, add the vanilla extract. 

Then, add the melted coconut oil.

Lastly, mix in the creamy peanut butter. Be sure to mix well until everything is combined into a smooth batter. Ensure there are no lumps and everything is uniformly combined. 

Optional: In addition of peanut butter, you can add sugar-free chocolate chips or pieces of dark chocolate if you prefer a chocolate peanut butter mug cake.
