      Splenda can work in baking since it’s heat‑stable, but it’s not a perfect swap. Unlike Swerve, Splenda uses bulking agents like dextrose and maltodextrin. 1 cup of Splenda has about 24g net carbs, while Swerve is still 0g. Texture-wise, you might notice a slight difference too. Splenda doesn’t brown or caramelize like sugar alcohols, and baked goods can come out a bit different.

      If carb count isn’t a concern for you, it’s worth a try but for strict keto goals, Swerve really is the better pick.
