  • 1 Pumpkin

Instructions

  • Wash the pumpkin.
  • Cut it in half (or quarters, if bigger).
  • Place on a greaseproof paper cut side down.
  • Roast in preheated oven to 200C/400F for 30 minutes.
  • Remove the flesh and place it in a blender/food processor and blend until smooth.
