This Creamy Keto Ground Beef and Broccoli Casserole with Cajun Alfredo Sauce is the ultimate low-carb comfort food—rich, cheesy, and family-friendly.
- 8.8 oz ground beef extra lean
- 3 cups broccoli fresh
- 1/2 cup onion or green onions
- 1 cup keto cajun alfredo sauce keto recipe here and in the Notes
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tablespoon butter for greasing the pan

Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C) and grease a 9×13 inch casserole dish with olive oil.
In a large skillet over medium-high heat, heat the olive oil and sauté the diced onion until soft.
Add the ground beef mixture and cook over medium heat, breaking it apart with a spatula until browned. Drain excess fat.
Steam the broccoli for 5 minutes until tender but still firm. Drain and set aside.
