Bold, cheesy, and just spicy enough to make your taste buds dance, this creamy keto Cajun Alfredo sauce brings major flavor in under 5 minutes.

  • Melt the butter in a medium pan over medium heat.
    1.5 tablespoons butter, unsalted
  • Add minced garlic and stir until fragrant (about 30 seconds).
    2 cloves fresh garlic
  • Stir in the heavy cream, cream cheese, and parmesan. Mix until melted and smooth.
    1 cup heavy cream, 1/2 cup cream cheese, 1 cup parmesan cheese
  • Season with Cajun seasoning blend, salt, black pepper, and a pinch of nutmeg.
    1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon black pepper, 2 tablespoons keto cajun seasonings, 1/8 teaspoon Ground Nutmeg
  • Simmer on low for 2–3 minutes, just until thickened.

  • Too spicy? Stir in extra cream cheese to mellow the heat.
  • Want it thinner? Add a splash of cream or broth until you reach your perfect texture.
