Juicy gyro-spiced chicken, creamy cottage cheese tzatziki, and crisp veggies come together on a high-protein cottage cheese flatbread crust. A cold keto pizza perfect for meal prep or lunch!

Instructions

  • Make or prep your Cottage Cheese Pizza Crust with Coconut Flour ahead of time. Let cool completely.
    2 Pizza Crust with Coconut Flour
  • Lay the two flatbreads on a board or plate. Spread the Tzatziki Sauce over each base.
    2 tablespoons Tzatziki Sauce with Cottage Cheese
  • Top with the Keto Chicken Gyros, sliced or chopped.
    8 oz keto chicken gyros
  • Layer on the sliced tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, and the crumbled feta.
    1/4 cup tomatoes, 1/4 cup Cucumber, 2 tablespoons red onion, 2 tablespoons feta cheese
  • Slice, serve cold, and enjoy!

Notes
