Quick, creamy, and packed with garlicky everything bagel flavor, this whipped cottage cheese dip is high protein, low carb, and ready in just 5 minutes. Perfect for dipping, spreading, or spooning on toast.

Instructions

  • Blend the cottage cheese in a blender or food processor until smooth and creamy.
    1/2 cup full-fat cottage cheese
  • Add the everything bagel seasoning. Mix well with a spoon until evenly combined.

  • Taste and add more seasoning and salt if you want it punchier. You can also thin it with a teaspoon of lemon juice for a more spreadable or saucy texture.
  • Scoop into a small bowl and enjoy immediately. Or refrigerate for up to 4 days in a sealed container.

Notes

  • This recipe makes roughly 4 tablespoons. A serving is 2 tablespoons.
  • Serve with toasted low-carb bread, fresh veggie sticks, or use as a spread for sandwiches or wraps.
  • For best results, use full-fat cottage cheese for a rich and creamy texture.
  • To meal prep, blend a tub of cottage cheese in advance and store it in the fridge. Then season as needed throughout the week.
