  • Blend the cottage cheese until smooth.
    3 tablespoons full-fat cottage cheese
  • Add all ingredients to a microwave-safe mug or ramekin and stir well.
    3 tablespoons full-fat cottage cheese, 1 tablespoon cocoa powder, 2 tablespoons almond flour, 1 tablespoon swerve, 1/2 teaspoon baking powder, 1 tablespoon sugar-free chocolate chips, 1 large egg
  • Microwave for 90 seconds or bake at 350°F (175°C) for 12-15 minutes.
  • Let cool for a minute, then enjoy!
