This Keto Sausage Casserole Toad in the Hole is a low-carb twist on the classic British Toad in the Hole. Juicy sausages baked in a fluffy, golden batter make this gluten-free dish perfect for keto diets!

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoon Arrowroot flour
  • 1/2 cup Heavy Cream double cream
  • 2 Eggs
  • 2 tablespoon Tallow Beef Dripping or Lard or Coconut Oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon Himalayan Salt 
  • 12 oz Sausages keto-friendly

Instructions

  • Heat the beef dripping in an ovenproof dish.
  • Whisk arrowroot, salt, and heavy cream, then add the egg.
  • Cover and let it rest for 30 minutes for the best texture.
  • Pour the batter into hot beef dripping and arrange the sausages.
  • Bake for 30–35 minutes until puffed and golden brown.
