This creamy keto lemon dill cottage cheese sauce is high protein, low carb, and packed with fresh flavor. A quick, healthy dip or topping perfect for salmon, chicken, veggies, or keto snacks. Blend it up in 5 minutes!
Add all ingredients to a food processor or blender.
2 tablespoons full-fat cottage cheese, 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice, 1/4 teaspoon lemon zest, 1/2 teaspoon Fresh Dill, 1/4 teaspoon Dijon mustard, 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder, 1/8 teaspoon salt, 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
Blend on high for 30–45 seconds or until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
Taste and adjust seasoning (salt, lemon, dill) as needed.
Serve immediately, or chill for 10 minutes to thicken.
