This creamy keto lemon dill cottage cheese sauce is high protein, low carb, and packed with fresh flavor. A quick, healthy dip or topping perfect for salmon, chicken, veggies, or keto snacks. Blend it up in 5 minutes!

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a food processor or blender.
    2 tablespoons full-fat cottage cheese, 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice, 1/4 teaspoon lemon zest, 1/2 teaspoon Fresh Dill, 1/4 teaspoon Dijon mustard, 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder, 1/8 teaspoon salt, 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
  • Blend on high for 30–45 seconds or until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
  • Taste and adjust seasoning (salt, lemon, dill) as needed.
  • Serve immediately, or chill for 10 minutes to thicken.

Notes

  • Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days.
  • Serve with roasted salmon, grilled chicken, or spooned over Keto Mediterranean Cod or Keto Mediterranean Chicken.
  • Blends best with a high-speed blender or immersion blender for that whipped cottage cheese texture.
