Mind-blowing keto brownie muffins stuffed with sugar-free peanut butter. These brownie muffins are so good, that no one will ever realize that they are low carb and grain-free.

Ingredients

Instructions

  • Beat the eggs until they are fluffy with an egg whisk or hand mixer.
  • Add the cocoa powder, swerve, salt, vanilla extract and coconut oil to the eggs and mix it until it is smooth consistency.
  • Pour the brownie muffins into 12 muffin forms.
  • Place 2 teaspoons of peanut butter in the middle of each muffin.
  • Bake in preheated to 180C/350F oven for 15 to 20 minutes.

Notes

You can store your Keto Chocolate Peanut Butter Brownie Muffins in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. You can also freeze them for up to 3 months.
