HOW TO MAKE KETO BROWNIE MUFFINS FROM SCRATCH

It is so easy to make these keto brownie muffins from scratch and they are sooo tasty. They are sugar free and gluten free keto brownie muffins.

  1. Beat the eggs until they are fluffy with an egg whisk or hand mixer.
  2. Add the cocoa powder, swerve, salt, vanilla extract and coconut oil to the eggs and mix it until it is smooth consistency.
  3. Pour the brownie muffins into 12 muffin forms.
  4. Place 2 teaspoons of peanut butter in the middle of each muffin.
  5. Bake in preheated to 180C/350F oven for 15 to 20 minutes.
