Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a blender, blend the cottage cheese until silky smooth.
1 cup full-fat cottage cheese
In a large mixing bowl, combine almond flour, whey protein powder, golden flaxseed meal, baking powder, salt, and garlic powder.
