Combining simple ingredients, this low-carb cinnamon rolls parfait offers the delicious flavor of cinnamon rolls in a creamy, mousse-like texture.

  • Get a blender or food processor. Add cottage cheese and blend until smooth.
  • Add Swerve, heavy cream, vanilla extract, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and cloves.
  • Blend until well mixed and smooth.
  • Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
  • Serve immediately or refrigerate for a firmer texture.

  • For best results, use full-fat cottage cheese.
  • Adjust the sweetness to your liking by adding more or less Swerve.
