- 2 tablespoons swerve
- 1/4 teaspoon sugar free vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons heavy cream
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon cocoa powder

Add all the ingredients to a small bowl and mix well with a hand mixer, food processor or a fork.
Pour the batter over the crust and microwave for 2 minutes or until set as cooking time may vary depending on your microwave.
Refrigerate while you prepare the other layers.
Keto Strawberry Jam Layer
Add all the ingredients to a microwave-safe bowl or mug.
Microwave for 1 minute or until the strawberries are soft.
Stir/mash the strawberries with a fork. If needed, microwave again until it resembles a jam.
Pour over the cheesecake layer and refrigerate while you prepare the other layer.
Keto Chocolate Topping Layer
