These Crunchy 3-Ingredient Keto Crackers are easy to make at home. Using just almond flourcoconut flour, and xanthan gum, you can whip up a batch in no time.

  • 1 tablespoon chives
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, coconut flour, and xanthan gum.
  • Add hot water and mix until a dough forms.
  • Add optional flavors now if desired.
  • Roll out the dough between two pieces of parchment paper to about 1/8 inch thickness.
  • Remove the top piece of parchment paper and use a pizza cutter or sharp knife to cut the dough into 12 squares.
  • Transfer the parchment paper with the cut dough directly onto a prepared baking sheet.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Let the crackers cool on a cooling rack before serving.

Notes

  • Xanthan gum is used to improve the texture and ensure the crackers are crunchy and not falling apart.
  • Use a rolling pin to get the dough evenly thin.
  • For extra crunch, bake a few minutes longer, but watch closely to avoid burning.
  • Store in an airtight container to keep them fresh.
