These Crunchy 3-Ingredient Keto Crackers are easy to make at home. Using just almond flour, coconut flour, and xanthan gum, you can whip up a batch in no time.

- 1 tablespoon chives
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
Get Recipe Ingredients
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, coconut flour, and xanthan gum.
Add hot water and mix until a dough forms.
Add optional flavors now if desired.
Roll out the dough between two pieces of parchment paper to about 1/8 inch thickness.
Remove the top piece of parchment paper and use a pizza cutter or sharp knife to cut the dough into 12 squares.
Transfer the parchment paper with the cut dough directly onto a prepared baking sheet.
Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
Let the crackers cool on a cooling rack before serving.
- Xanthan gum is used to improve the texture and ensure the crackers are crunchy and not falling apart.
- Use a rolling pin to get the dough evenly thin.
