These keto crackers are inspired by my need for a quick, crunchy snack that fits my low-carb lifestyle. These low carb crackers are perfect for dipping, topping, or enjoying on their own.

Ingredients

Main Ingredients:

  • almond flour
  • coconut flour 
  • xanthan gum
  • hot water

Optional Flavors One:

  • smoked paprika
  • smoked sea salt flakes

Optional Flavors Two:

  • chives
  • sea salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine almond flourcoconut flour, and xanthan gum.
  3. Add hot water and mix until a dough forms.
  4. Add optional flavors now if desired.
  5. Roll out the dough between two pieces of parchment paper to about 1/8 inch thickness.
  6. Remove the top piece of parchment paper and use a pizza cutter or sharp knife to cut the dough into 12 squares.
  7. Transfer the parchment paper with the cut dough directly onto a prepared baking sheet.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  9. Let the crackers cool on a cooling rack before serving.
