This creamy keto tzatziki with sour cream is a rich, low carb Mediterranean dip you can whip up in just 10 minutes! Easy and flavorful.
Grate the English cucumber using a box grater with large holes.
1/4 cup Cucumber
Wrap the grated cucumber in paper towels or a clean kitchen towel or cheesecloth and squeeze out as much excess moisture as possible.
In a medium mixing bowl, combine full-fat sour cream, lemon juice, grated cucumber, olive oil, fresh dill, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
1/2 cup sour cream, 1/2 clove fresh garlic, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, 1 tablespoon Extra virgin olive oil, 1 tablespoon Fresh Dill, 1/4 teaspoon salt, 1 Pinch black pepper
Mix well until fully combined and creamy.
