This creamy keto tzatziki with sour cream is a rich, low carb Mediterranean dip you can whip up in just 10 minutes! Easy and flavorful.

  • Grate the English cucumber using a box grater with large holes.
    1/4 cup Cucumber
  • Wrap the grated cucumber in paper towels or a clean kitchen towel or cheesecloth and squeeze out as much excess moisture as possible.
  • In a medium mixing bowl, combine full-fat sour cream, lemon juice, grated cucumber, olive oil, fresh dill, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
    1/2 cup sour cream, 1/2 clove fresh garlic, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, 1 tablespoon Extra virgin olive oil, 1 tablespoon Fresh Dill, 1/4 teaspoon salt, 1 Pinch black pepper
  • Mix well until fully combined and creamy.
  • Taste and adjust the seasoning or lemon juice if needed.
  • Chill in an airtight container for at least 30 minutes to let the flavors develop.

Notes

  • Yields about 1 cup (16 tablespoons) of thick tzatziki sauce.
  • Per serving: 4 tablespoons (¼ cup) – perfect as a dipping sauce or salad topper.
  • To loosen the consistency, stir in a spoonful of cucumber juice or skip draining the cucumber entirely.
  • Prefer texture? Chop cucumber into tiny bits instead of grating for a chunkier dip.
