This creamy, refreshing keto tzatziki sauce is made with full-fat Greek yogurt, cucumber, garlic, and dill. The perfect low-carb Mediterranean dip!
In a large bowl, whisk together the yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, fresh herbs, garlic, and salt.
1/2 cup full-fat Greek yogurt, 1/2 clove fresh garlic, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, 1 tablespoon Extra virgin olive oil, 1 tablespoon Fresh Dill, 1/4 teaspoon salt, 1 Pinch black pepper
Grate the cucumber (using large holes of a box grater), then drain well in a fine mesh sieve or squeeze in cheesecloth to remove excess moisture.

Stir the cucumber into the bowl with the other ingredients. Mix until creamy.
Let the sauce chill in the fridge for best flavor (30 minutes or overnight if possible).
