This creamy, refreshing keto tzatziki sauce is made with full-fat Greek yogurt, cucumber, garlic, and dill. The perfect low-carb Mediterranean dip!

  • In a large bowl, whisk together the yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, fresh herbs, garlic, and salt.
    1/2 cup full-fat Greek yogurt, 1/2 clove fresh garlic, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, 1 tablespoon Extra virgin olive oil, 1 tablespoon Fresh Dill, 1/4 teaspoon salt, 1 Pinch black pepper
  • Grate the cucumber (using large holes of a box grater), then drain well in a fine mesh sieve or squeeze in cheesecloth to remove excess moisture.

  • Stir the cucumber into the bowl with the other ingredients. Mix until creamy.
  • Let the sauce chill in the fridge for best flavor (30 minutes or overnight if possible).
  • Serve your tangy Greek yogurt dip with grilled meats, lettuce wraps, or fresh veggies!

Notes

  • Makes about 1 cup / 16 tablespoons total.
  • Serving size: 4 tablespoons (¼ cup) – great for dipping or dressing.
  • For a thinner consistency, use the reserved cucumber juice or skip draining altogether.
  • If you don’t want to grate the cucumber, chop it into tiny cubes for a chunky dip.
