This creamy keto cottage cheese tzatziki is a high-protein Mediterranean dip made with grated cucumber, garlic, and herbs. A flavorful twist on the classic!
Add cottage cheese, lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, dill, salt, and pepper to a high-powered blender or food processor. Pulse until smooth or your desired texture.
1/2 cup full-fat cottage cheese, 1/2 clove fresh garlic, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, 1 tablespoon Extra virgin olive oil, 1 tablespoon Fresh Dill, 1/4 teaspoon salt
Grate the cucumber using large holes of a box grater. Squeeze out excess liquid using a cheesecloth or clean dish towel.
