This creamy keto cottage cheese tzatziki is a high-protein Mediterranean dip made with grated cucumber, garlic, and herbs. A flavorful twist on the classic!

  • Add cottage cheese, lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, dill, salt, and pepper to a high-powered blender or food processor. Pulse until smooth or your desired texture.
    1/2 cup full-fat cottage cheese, 1/2 clove fresh garlic, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, 1 tablespoon Extra virgin olive oil, 1 tablespoon Fresh Dill, 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • Grate the cucumber using large holes of a box grater. Squeeze out excess liquid using a cheesecloth or clean dish towel.

  • Transfer the blended cottage cheese mixture to a bowl. Fold in the cucumber and stir gently to combine.
  • Let chill in an airtight container for 30 minutes to let the flavors meld.

Notes

  • Makes about 1 cup / 16 tablespoons total.
  • Serving size: 4 tbsp (¼ cup) — great for dipping, salads, or grilled meat.
  • For a chunkier version, skip the blender and just stir ingredients in a bowl.
  • Want more tang? Add a little lemon zest or a spoonful of feta cheese.
