Sweet, juicy, and completely sugar-free, this 3-ingredient keto strawberry jam is perfect for cakes, muffins, and low carb breakfasts.

  • Add strawberries, sweetener, lemon zest, and juice to a small saucepan.
    1 cup strawberries, 1 tablespoon Swerve, 1 teaspoon lemon zest, 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Heat on medium heat, stirring often.
  • Use a potato masher to mash the berries as they soften.
  • Simmer the mixture gently for 10 to 12 minutes until reduced and glossy.
  • Remove from heat. Let cool to room temperature.
  • Transfer to a mason jar or an airtight container. Chill to thicken.

Notes

  • Taste Adjustment: If your strawberries are very sweet, you can skip the sweetener entirely and still get a delicious result. Lemon juice adds brightness but is also optional.
  • Storage Tips: Store the jam in a clean airtight container or jar in the refrigerator for up to 7 days. For longer storage, freeze in small portions.
  • Serving Suggestion: This jam is designed for spreading. Use it on keto pancakes, muffins, or even stirred into Greek yogurt.
