These Keto Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups are creamy, delicious, and perfect for anyone on a keto diet or low-carb diet. Made with simple ingredients, these sugar-free chocolate treats will satisfy your sweet tooth without the guilt.

  • Melt the chocolate: In a safe bowl, use the double boiler method or microwave to melt the dark chocolate and coconut oil until smooth.
  • Prepare the peanut butter filling: Mix the peanut butter, Swerve, and vanilla extract until well combined.
  • Assemble the cups: Pour a small amount, about 1/3 of melted chocolate, into the bottom of muffin cups lined with paper liners. Freeze for 5-10 minutes until set.
  • Add the peanut butter layer: Spoon a small amount of the peanut butter mixture on top of the chocolate layer. Freeze again for 5-10 minutes.
  • Top with chocolate: Pour the remaining melted chocolate over the peanut butter layer. Freeze until fully set.

Notes

  • Use room temperature ingredients for best results.
  • If you prefer, you can use almond butter or sunflower seed butter instead of peanut butter.
  • Store these keto peanut butter cups in an airtight container in the fridge.
