High protein, sugar-free, and creamy keto Nutella cottage cheese ice cream made in the Ninja Creami. Made with a homemade chocolate hazelnut spread!

Ingredients

Instructions

  • Add the cottage cheese, cream, sweetener, vanilla extract, salt and the homemade keto Nutella spread to a blender. Blend until silky smooth.
    1 cup full-fat cottage cheese, 1/3 cup heavy cream, 1/2 cup Keto Nutella, 3 tablespoons Allulose, 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla extract - sugar free, 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • Pour the mixture into a Ninja Creami pint container and freeze flat for 24 hours.
  • Remove from the freezer and let sit at room temp for 5-10 minutes.
  • Insert into Ninja Creami, select Lite Ice Cream. If needed, respin once.
  • Optional: Add chopped hazelnuts or extra spread and use Mix-In function.

  • Use my Homemade Keto Nutella Spread for clean, high-protein ingredients.
  • For a super creamy texture, make sure the mixture is fully blended with no lumps. A high-speed blender or food processor works best.
  • Always let the frozen pint sit on the counter for 5-10 minutes before spinning. This helps protect your Ninja Creami machine and ensures a smoother spin.
  • This recipe makes two rich, high-protein servings - perfect for satisfying your sweet tooth without the sugar crash.
  • Want it even thicker or scoopable straight from the freezer? Try adding a pinch of guar gum to improve the ice cream base texture.
