Optional: Add chopped hazelnuts or extra spread and use Mix-In function.
- Use my Homemade Keto Nutella Spread for clean, high-protein ingredients.
- For a super creamy texture, make sure the mixture is fully blended with no lumps. A high-speed blender or food processor works best.
- Always let the frozen pint sit on the counter for 5-10 minutes before spinning. This helps protect your Ninja Creami machine and ensures a smoother spin.
- This recipe makes two rich, high-protein servings - perfect for satisfying your sweet tooth without the sugar crash.
- Want it even thicker or scoopable straight from the freezer? Try adding a pinch of guar gum to improve the ice cream base texture.
