These juicy keto Mediterranean burgers are packed with warm spices, fresh herbs, and no breadcrumbs, just big flavor. They’re low carb, gluten free, and perfect for meal prep, lettuce wraps, or burger bowls.
Get Recipe Ingredients
Add all ingredients (except olive oil) to a large mixing bowl.
1 lb ground beef, 1/2 cup green onions, 1 large egg, 1.5 teaspoons garlic powder, 1 tablespoon ground cumin, 1 teaspoon smoked paprika, 1/2 teaspoon black pepper, 1 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon dried parsley, 1 tablespoon olive oil
Mix by hand or spoon just until combined—don’t overwork.
Use a burger press or your hands to shape into 4 equal patties.
Traditional method

Cook the patties for 2–3 minutes per side, until browned and cooked through (160°F internal temperature).
