These Keto Cottage Cheese Breadsticks are cheesy, garlicky, and high in protein! Made with almond flour, parmesan, and full-fat cottage cheese, they’re gluten-free, low-carb, and perfect for the keto diet. Super easy to make, they bake up crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, and are great for dipping in marinara or garlic butter. A must-try keto snack!

  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tablespoon bagel seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Blend the cottage cheese and eggs in a food processor or with an immersion blender until smooth and fluffy.
    ½ cup full-fat cottage cheese, 2 large eggs
  • Add the almond flour, parmesan cheese, baking powder, garlic powder, and salt to the blended mixture. Mix until a dough forms.

  • Check the dough consistency. If it’s too sticky, add a little more almond flour until it holds its shape.
  • Divide the dough into 18 equal parts and roll each into a breadstick shape.
  • Place the breadsticks on the prepared baking sheet with space between them.
  • Sprinkle your chosen toppings (cheddar cheese, bagel seasoning, or sesame seeds) over the breadsticks.

  • Bake for 15 minutes or until the breadsticks turn golden brown and firm to the touch.
  • Let them cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy with your favorite dip!
