These high protein keto chocolate pancakes are rich, fluffy, and satisfy your chocolate cravings with just 5.8g net carbs per serving.
Whisk eggs in a mixing bowl until foamy.
2 large eggs
Stir in dry ingredients: almond flour, protein powder, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
3/4 cup almond flour, 1/3 cup whey protein powder, 1 tablespoon cocoa powder - unsweetened, 1 teaspoon baking powder, 1 pinch salt
Add sweetener and chocolate chips. Stir to combine.
1 tablespoon Swerve (granulated), 1 tablespoon Lily's Dark Chocolate Chips
Let the pancake batter rest for 2–3 minutes to thicken. If it thickens too much, add 1 tbsp almond milk to loosen.

Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-low heat. Grease with butter or coconut oil.
