  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a sheet pan with parchment.

Method 1: Best for Wraps or Bowls

  • In a small blender or food processor, blend the cottage cheese until smooth.
    1 tablespoon full-fat cottage cheese
  • Transfer to a bowl and mix in the Chicken Gyro Spice Mix.

  • Cut raw chicken breast into thin strips to maximize surface area and flavor.
    8 oz Chicken breast
  • Add chicken to the bowl and toss to coat evenly.
  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  • Spread chicken strips evenly and bake for 20–25 minutes, until golden and cooked through.

Method 2: Ideal for Pizza Toppings

  • Blend the cottage cheese until smooth, then mix with the Chicken Gyro Spice Mix.

  • Add a whole chicken breast and coat it completely.
    8 oz Chicken breast
  • Cover and marinate in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
  • Bake on a parchment-lined sheet pan at 400°F (200°C) for 25–28 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F at the thickest part.
