- 1/2 cup fresh blueberries
- 2 tablespoons Swerve
- 4 tablespoons water
- 1/4 teaspoon lemon zest

In a small saucepan over medium heat, add the blueberries, Swerve, water, and lemon zest.
Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat and simmer for about 10 minutes.
Stir occasionally until the blueberries are soft and the sauce is thickened.
