Make a batch of Keto Strawberry Chia Jam and let it cool completely before layering. 1 recipe Keto Strawberry Chia Seed Jam
In a blender or food processor, combine cottage cheese, cream, vanilla, lemon juice, and sweetener. Blend until silky smooth and creamy.
1 cup Full-fat cottage cheese, 1 tablespoon Heavy Cream, 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, 2 tablespoons Swerve
In a small pan, toast almond flour, butter, sweetener, cinnamon, and a pinch of salt over medium heat until golden and fragrant. Let cool fully to crisp up.
1/4 cup Almond Flour, 1 tbsp butter, 1/4 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon, 1 teaspoon Swerve, 1/8 teaspoon salt
Spoon ½ of the strawberry jam into the bottom of each jar
Layer with ½ of the whipped cottage cheese mixture
Finish with ½ of the crumble
