A 5-minute high protein keto tiramisu mousse made with cottage cheese, espresso, cream cheese, and zero sugar. Creamy, high protein, low carb, and gentle on blood sugar - a simple dessert that feels indulgent without the crash.

Ingredients

Instructions

  • Add the cottage cheese, cream cheese, instant coffee powder, sweetener, and vanilla extract to a high-speed blender or small food processor. Optional: You can add a pinch of salt to make the sweetness pop more.
1/2 cup full-fat cottage cheese, 2 tablespoons cream cheese, 1 tablespoon instant coffee, 1.5 tablespoons Swerve (granulated), 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract - sugar free
  • Blend until fully smooth. It should look creamy with no curds or gritty bits.
  • Spoon the mousse into small jars or ramekins. Enjoy it right away for a soft keto mousse texture or chill it for an hour if you want it thicker.
  • Dust with unsweetened cocoa powder before serving if you like the classic tiramisu look. It is optional but adds a nice finish.

Notes

  • Blend long enough for the espresso powder to fully dissolve. This ensures an ultra-smooth mousse texture.
  • If using freshly brewed espresso, the mousse will be softer. Chill longer for a thicker consistency.
  • Full-fat cottage cheese blends smoother than low-fat versions.
  • Sweetness varies by sweetener: erythritol is grainier, and allulose makes the mousse softer.
