  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Beef Gyro Spice Mix

  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder equivalent to 1 clove garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Lamb Gyro Spice Mix

Pork Gyro Spice Mix

  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder equivalent to 2 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  • Combine the Dry Ingredients: Mix all the dry ingredients for each type of gyro in separate small bowls.
  • Store in Jars: Transfer each spice mix into a small jar or airtight container. Label the jars with the type of gyro spice mix.
