Creamy, savory, and protein-packed, this garlic herb whipped cottage cheese dip makes the perfect keto snack or spread. It comes together in 5 minutes and stores beautifully all week. Try it with fresh-cut veggies, toast, or your favorite cottage cheese bread.

  • Add the cottage cheese to a small food processor or use an immersion blender. Blend until smooth, light, and creamy.
    1/2 cup full-fat cottage cheese
  • Stir in the garlic powder, rosemary, and black pepper. Mix with a spoon or spatula until the seasoning is evenly distributed and the texture looks soft and fluffy. Taste before serving and adjust the salt to your liking.
    1/4 teaspoon garlic powder, 1/4 teaspoon dried rosemary, 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
  • Serve immediately or refrigerate for 1 hour to let the flavors meld.
