    1/2 cup full-fat cottage cheese
  • Crumble the feta cheese with a fork or your fingers.
    2 tablespoons feta cheese
  • Stir the crumbled feta and smoked paprika into the blended cottage cheese. Mix gently until combined, keeping some texture from the feta.
    1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Serve right away, or chill in the fridge for 1 hour to let the flavors come together and the dip thicken.

  • This recipe makes about 4 tablespoons. One serving is 2 tablespoons.
