Get Recipe Ingredients
In a small saucepan over medium heat, mash strawberries with a fork or potato masher.

Simmer until juicy and softened, about 5–7 minutes, stirring often.
Stir in lemon juice, lemon zest, and sweetener.

Add chia seeds, mix well, and simmer another 1–2 minutes.
