Cool, creamy, and bursting with garlic and dill, this keto yogurt sauce is the no-mayo dip your veggies have been waiting for. It’s thick, tangy, and made with full-fat Greek yogurt and fresh herbs for the perfect low-carb, high-protein base.

Instructions

  • In a small bowl, combine all of the ingredients.
    1/2 cup full-fat Greek yogurt, 1/4 cup Apple cider vinegar, 1 clove fresh garlic, 2 tablespoon Fresh Dill, 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • Stir until creamy and well blended.
  • Taste and adjust the salt if needed.
  • Chill for 10 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • This sauce pairs beautifully with grilled vegetables, roasted meats, and seafood.
  • Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days.
  • Stir before serving. Some separation is natural.
  • Makes about 6 tablespoons total, or 2 generous portions (3 tbsp each).
