This keto garlic bread with creme fraiche is a cheesy, buttery, garlicky low carb side dish that goes with so many keto dinner recipes. The almond flour dough has a wonderful texture and flavor that resembles real garlic bread.
Preheat the oven to 360°F/180°C and line a sheet pan with some parchment paper.
In a large bowl, combine the mozzarella cheese and the creme fraiche. Microwave for 30 seconds, or until the cheese is melted and the mixture is smooth.
Add the almond flour, garlic granules, baking powder, salt, and egg to the cheese mixture. Mix well until a dough forms.
Place the mozzarella dough on the prepared sheet pan and press it into the shape you like shape, about 1/4 inch thick. I make mine round-shaped. You can use another piece of parchment paper to help you shape the dough and prevent it from sticking to your hands.
Bake the bread for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown and firm to the touch
In a small bowl, whisk together the melted butter, parmesan cheese, garlic granules, and dried parsley. Brush the mixture evenly over the top of the cooked bread.
Cut into slices and enjoy!
