Try this 4-ingredient keto cauliflower mash recipe! It’s creamy, easy to make, and tastes just like traditional mashed potatoes. Perfect for weeknight dinners or family gatherings. Made with fresh cauliflower, cheddar cheese, and heavy cream, this keto-friendly dish is sure to be a hit.

Ingredients

  • 1 Cauliflower medium
  • 4 tablespoons Butter Salted
  • 3/4 cup Cheddar Cheese Grated
  • 1/4 cup Heavy Cream

Instructions

  • Start by boiling about 2 liters of water. Make sure it’s enough to cover the cauliflower. Cut the cauliflower into florets.
  • Add the cauliflower florets to the boiling water. Cook for about 10 minutes or until soft. Use a knife to check. It should be soft to the touch.

  • Drain the water and place the cauliflower on paper towels. Let it dry for about 10 minutes. This step is crucial. If the cauliflower is too wet, the mash will be watery.
  • Place the dry cauliflower in a bowl. Add the butter, cheddar cheese, and heavy whipping cream. Use a potato masher or food processor to mash until smooth and creamy. Season with garlic powder, salt, and black pepper if you like.

Notes

Tips

  • For a smoother texture, use a food processor instead of a potato masher.
