- 1 Cauliflower medium
- 4 tablespoons Butter Salted
- 3/4 cup Cheddar Cheese Grated
- 1/4 cup Heavy Cream

Start by boiling about 2 liters of water. Make sure it’s enough to cover the cauliflower. Cut the cauliflower into florets.
Add the cauliflower florets to the boiling water. Cook for about 10 minutes or until soft. Use a knife to check. It should be soft to the touch.
