Dangerously addictive, these 3 Ingredient Keto Nutella Cookies are your new favorite low-carb dessert. Made with just homemade Nutella, almond flour, and egg, they come together in minutes with only 2g net carbs per cookie.

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C) and line a prepared baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a large bowl, mix the Keto Nutella, almond flour, and egg using a hand mixer until you get smooth, sticky cookie dough.
    1/2 cup Keto Nutella, 1/2 cup almond flour, 1 large egg
  • Use a small cookie scoop to shape the cookie batter into 6 cookies and place on the lined baking sheet.
  • Flatten the top of the cookies gently with your fingers or a spoon.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 7-8 minutes until the edges are golden brown and just set and the centers are soft.
  • Let them cool on a cooling rack.

Notes

  • Use room temperature Nutella for easy mixing.
  • Don’t overbake! They’ll continue to firm up as they cool.
  • Sprinkle with sea salt or press chocolate chips on top for that classic “cookie look.”
  • Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days, or freeze for a longer shelf life.
