Dangerously addictive, these 3 Ingredient Keto Nutella Cookies are your new favorite low-carb dessert. Made with just homemade Nutella, almond flour, and egg, they come together in minutes with only 2g net carbs per cookie.
Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C) and line a prepared baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, mix the Keto Nutella, almond flour, and egg using a hand mixer until you get smooth, sticky cookie dough.
1/2 cup Keto Nutella, 1/2 cup almond flour, 1 large egg
Use a small cookie scoop to shape the cookie batter into 6 cookies and place on the lined baking sheet.
Flatten the top of the cookies gently with your fingers or a spoon.
Bake in the preheated oven for 7-8 minutes until the edges are golden brown and just set and the centers are soft.
Let them cool on a cooling rack.
